Return & Refund Policy

At Day By Day Essentials, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Certain items, such as intimate apparel, personal care products, and final sale items, are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at daybyday.cooley@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If an item is found to be ineligible for return (damaged, worn, or missing parts), a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at daybyday.cooley@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account or payment method.

  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
